Ouch! Makes me think of a finger prick at the doctor's office. I would much rather they take it from a vein in my arm. It is all the little nerve endings is why that hurts worse than it looks!

I did that in home ec class went straight through my fingernail and out the other side of my finger, missed the bone luckily. I remember it being painful but not for how long. Love that you have the needle too. I still can't use a sewing machine.

POD #9 - Ouch

it doesn't look like much of an ouch. But it's amazing how much that little red dot on the end of my thumb hurts. :) I think the needle actually went a lot deeper than I thought, because it still hurts today - and today's the third day.
