This is what I did yesterday and today. I finished three projects.
Project #1 The high stool belongs to my MIL - she was wanting it covered in something easy to wipe. When I saw the coffee bag patterned vinyl - I knew I wanted it for her. In-laws are both big coffee drinkers. I've only had the vinyl for 3 months, and the chair a half year.... :)
Project #2 - the colourful bar cart. I don't have a before shot - but the two bottom shelves were cream, and the top was butcher block. I saw this idea on a blog years ago. I've had the cart since fall '12. Started it end of July, finished yesterday.
Project #3 - Dining room chair. Belongs to a friend - she wanted it recovered. So, not only did I recover the seat (Again the coffee vinyl - she's got small kids - easy to wipe), but I striped off the old stain/varnish and redid it. Was a bit of work but lots of fun.
