Wow. This is an amazing layout. The fact that you were finally able to approach the topic is just wonderful in itself, but you've created a really gorgeous layout about a pretty scary ordeal. You are right, though - mothers will go through anything for their babies.

I love this LO...and am a little teary-eyed--my dd was just a little bit older--she was born on halloween 2000, and all I can say is WOW! What a powerful story, and yes time does heal....

Very cool Aimee! I always love seeing LOs that have content like this... I can't imagine what that was like for you, but I am certainly glad you are able to face it now. Absolutely love that little flower at the bottom, and the torn edges overlapping look great! The journaling is def. the best part, though... Nice work on this one!!! It's beautiful!
