I am so glad that you're using this lo! It has been one of my favorites in the gallery for a while. The clock is so cool. Only one small suggestion - perhaps painting the arrow red. It gets lost a bit but it's no big deal. I also LOVE the rickrack. Awesome page!
This totally rocks! Love that awesome clock framing! Love the notebook paper and pp yo used too. Only small suggestions I have would be change the arrow to black, and bring blsck to the boys will be boys tag by inking the edges in black (ther's balck in the corresponding tag). I love the perfect quote too, and honestly have no idea if no personal journaling would be a setback or not :)
I love the clock idea. Goes very well with the quote. I would change the arrow in some way. I might make it a black one and have the style more to match the numbers. Great concept though.
I like the overall design - how you combined the colored paper with the pp. The numbres on the picture - I'd add white outline or green outline really thin to make them not blend in if your going for the look of the clock coming forward. Agree the arrow doesn't stand out - what about red to bring the red background into the center too. Or red with black.
Love the lo! the only thing I noticed was that the numbers at the top are a bit hard to see, but I don't necessarily think that is a bad thing... I really love the notebook pp, clock theme, pic, title/quote, well everything!
The only suggestions I have is to change the color of the chipboard arrow, as previously suggested. I think black would work, it would really draw the eye to the pic. Great job on this!
This is really eye catching! I agree with the suggestion of changing the color of the chipboard arrow - it blends in a bit here. Otherwise, this is amazing!
I really like this! I wouldn't worry about the journaling -- I'd consider the brackets your journaling. Love the papers, LOVE everything about the quote "life is not..." You may want to consider coloring your chipboard arrow, maybe one of the lighter colors....
I love the design - I think it's so clever. If I were to suggest anything it would be to add some personal journaling, even it's just the date the photo was taken. Awesome job.
I like it how it is. the photo has a soft look to it - very nice! If you want to add your own journaling to make it more personal, I would put it in place of where you have the text in brackets.
This is awesome! Is the photo a little blurry or is it the upload? The clock theme is perfect with your verse, and the way the pprs are layed out... super job!
I love absolutely everything about this page. I have twin boys and am always looking for a way to express how to slow down time, they're growing soooo fast.
I love this lo! The picture is adorable...love it in b&w. The saying is one of my favorites, and I really like how you used it along with the boys will be boys saying. The clock is great not only for the way it symbolizes the 'moments', but for how fast time goes and the kids grow. Wonderfully inspiring!
This photo is one of the best of the boys that I have taken ever. I love it because it shows their true selves! This doesn't have journaling (of my own) so will that hurt me?
