I made the pleated ribbon by hand stitching the pleats together. It was sort of tedious but it ended up looking good, I think. I'm entering this in the Runway Inspired Challenge. My photo turned out a little more red than the red-orange it is in real life. I'm also entering this in the 12/2 Stampendous Challenge to make a CAS card with one of their stamps. This Noel stamp is one of many from a wonderful set I bought a few years ago. Last, but not least, I'm entering this in the 11/23 Young Crafters Unite Challenge to create a holiday project.
