Color Theme (Brights): Adventure

I love color!!I was assigned brights for our color theme release…which is right up my alley. I couldn't decide on just one color to use so I decided to use a mix of bright colors. In order to keep them from being too overwhelming I based them on a neutral background of woodgrain/kraft. Love how the bright colors pop right off.I wanted to keep the embellishments pretty subdued, too. I punched circles of kraft cardstock and applied stickers to them. I also used the negative of a kraft star sticker sheet as an embellishment. I backed it with the kraft cardstock for a fun tone on tone look. I used several different wood embellishments as well. To finish off the page I did a little detailing around the edge of the layout with a gold metallic marker.
