I made this card for Anne's Golden Oldies challenge. I love birds and I just love this bird stamp. I haven't used it in a long time and I was happy to be using it for this card. The birds look like they are having a fun conversation. I then chose the Trash 2 Treasure challenge to go along with this. My trash was a piece of plastic that came with a stamp set that I was throwing out. I used a resist technique on the plastic using alcohol inks, then stamping a fern stamp with Archival black ink and rubbing off the black ink to leave clear images. When placed over the cream the ferns really show up! I used this for my background. Thanks, Anne, for a fun challenge!
