This is my third attempt to produce something for this challenge. For some reason my previous attempts seemed to be dogged with accidents and failure. This time around I attempted something very simple to cut down on the opportunity for catastrophe to strike.I made my own stencil using a Martha Stewart, punch-all-over-the-page, punch. (picture2)Then I adhered it to a piece of water-colour paper and sprayed it with 2 different colours of Walnut Antiquing ink.I used Pearl Ex gold pigment and spray adhesive to create a gold tone border on the front of a kraft card stock card base. I trimmed down the water colour paper to fit and stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and copper embossing powder, and attached a narrow green and gold ribbon to the piece then attached it to the card front.I pulled a butterfly that I had punched out and glittered up previously, from my stash, attached a few colour co-ordinated gems to the butterfly and attached it to the front of the card with glue dots.
