The tags are Sizzix, the letters are punched in the tags with CreativeWorks letter punch set. The second card, the roses are valentine wrapping paper from Walmart! It was so pretty that I bought it for the sole purpose of making cards! The Hugs and Kisses is ribbon from WM and I just used my deckle scissors to cut the outside of the frame.
