I made four of these from SU's Paper Pumpkin kit. Came in handy as I need more Christmas cards and these were quick and easy to make. Noel was pre-printed on the banner. I stamped the red star and the sentiment and wrapped the garland (came in the kit) around it. The banner got pop dotted on the striped card base. Done!
