I ended up getting a larger file box for my scraps AND using quart sized baggies for smaller scraps within each folder.

It's not the same color wood like I wanted but I already had it and couldn't find one this size in the maple.

I'm still uncertain if I'm going to like the file box for scraps, but I really like having all my most used big tools this close to my work area with out cluttering up the desk.
