This ATC was a lesson in gilding and metallics. I added two photos one with the bee one without As I stared at the ATC I decided it needed a bee, you can decide for yourself. I punched the hexagons and painted with metallic watercolor, some I added waxes. The background I used a stencil and modeling paste then painted with acrylic paint. On top of the paint I added the gilding. I used a #6 pencil to highlight some of the hexagons and lines. One hexagon I added micro beads; it kind of reminds me of pollen.
