I made this tag book for my husband's Christmas present. I cut a piece of white cardstock and folded it like an accordion. Then I used a sponge and blue ink to sponge paint the paper. Then I glued the brown bag paper to the bottom half, and then attached the tan cardstock. I then wrote my messages on the cardstock and attached buttons, stickers, ribbons, etc. On the top I used a circle punch for the blue circles.
