The three unnecessary things I would want with me if I were stranded on an island are:
1) Sutter Home's Cabernet Sauvignon
2) Ghirardelli's Dark Chocolate
3) Captain Jack Sparrow
I realize Jack Sparrow would be an actual person and not a thing; however, I think it is important to note that I have no intention on treating him as a person but only as an OBJECT. I figure if we run out of red wine while he is feeding me dark chocolate, he can go find his never-ending reserve of rum that he has hidden in the ground all the while singing and entertaining me with the stories of the Black Pearl. Alas, who needs books or a laptop or an iPod when you can have Captain Jack Sparrow? He is by far the greatest pirate I have ever seen.
