Look at that lil cutie with the curly hair sitting there gorgeous paper, and I so so luv that flower, and the cute lil fluttaby, luv the story behind the foto, but tutt tutt, a lil bit naughty as said earlier
Love this-especially how the date is featured! There is always a story to go with a picture-guess that's why it's so sad to see photos in antique shops-no one can tell the story-anyway-love your story & the whole thing!! jen
JUST LOVE THIS!! colors look beautiful, the left side distressing looks like this is a book and more pages are under this one!! Gorgeous flowers and bling very complimentary to the page!! So glad all turned out OK!!
incredible story of how you became a lost babe in the woods...by a stream. poor frantic parents.
a beautiful layout. love the embellis and the distressing and glimmering.
I know what you mean about trying to get a good photo - sometimes it's really hard! But your layout is amazing! I love the soft colors and your wonderful vintage photo! And all of the beautiful details!!!! (I like your story - I remember really LOVING our local stream - we called it the creek - we loved to put our feet in and just splash around!)
BEAUTIFUL DESIGN !!!I 'm so glad teenage girls took you back to your parents. I bet your parents where so worry! What a wonderful photo of you and your dad.
This is absolutely stunning Karin! Don't you just love all the new Prima! I love the way you divided the border and distressed it, along with the alphas, and the photo mat is so beautiful! I have a similar story when I was a toddler involving a canal and kittens, and from the other side, when I misplace my Ben! Amazing any of us survived! LOL!
What a story, Karin! I know how your poor parents must have felt that day; I temporarily lost Michael at the mall when he was almost 2 (long story, nearly had a heart attack). Glad you were safe! Lovely pp's, splendid colours and beatufiul details, as always!
IRL this image is a much softer color. I have been trying to get a better photo with not much luck. I used the "Bejeweled" September Swirlydoos kit for most of this LO with some things from my own stash. In this photo of me and my dad, I am about 3 1/2. My father's family loved picnics. He had five sisters and I had lots of cousins. I was the youngest at the time of this particular picnic. To the dismay of everyone, especially my poor parents, I went missing in the Valley Stream State Park. The police were called in and a search party organized. I turned up several hours later with two teenage girls who found me wandering by the stream. I actually remember playing in the water! I inked, misted and distressed everything! TFL
