Hi! Again, thanks for letting us use your layout. The blog post is now live and you can check it out here: https://scrapbookcampus.com/2022/08/theme-sports/
I absolutely love these photos...ohmygosh, he is such a QT! I especially like the green and black, one of my fav color combos! The stars are cheery, and the JB card is cute!
This is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo stinkin' CUTE!!!!!!!!!!! I love how you used the bingo card to highlight his age! you're too clever!! His yellow shirt really pops off this lo!! awesome !!
I just love the way you can do so many different styles, and all of them so beautifully. This is such a great, clean linear design and the bright colors go with it so well. Of course, the fact that you are a pretty darned good photographer never hurts either!! I especially like the starbursts and the strip of smaller photos. Enjoyed it all!
I like how you used the 4 in the bingo card...nice it worked out that way. This is really cute...I especially like how you arranged the smaller photos...as you know, I struggle with multiphoto LOs...maybe I could send all mine to you to do?
Too cute! Love photos of Jacob and how you did the little strip of photos! The stars and stamping look fabulous! And I love the "grow" card! Cute journaling, too! Straight to my faves!
My DGS, Jacob. The green bg is Sassafras, the "grow" card is Jenni Bowlin. I highlighted the number 4 with a raised circle to indicate his age in this photo. I took these photos during one of his games this year. I used a Fancy Pants stamp for the dots and stars. I stamped them on a transparency and cut them out. The large stars are Bazzill chipboard stars that I covered with scraps of yellow dotted paper. The small stars are punched with an ek success punch. I added just a touch of stickles to the stars. The title work was created in Word and the font for ballgame is called Lion King. I made the large baseball using a 2" circle punch, doodled the red lines on it and added a little information. The brads at the top of the journaling card were doodled on with a red slick writer. Journaling is tucked behind the bingo card and reads:
Jacob, this was your first year to play tee ball. You were so excited about the uniform, the shoes, and having your own glove. You are predominantly right handed, and yet you insisted on getting a glove for your right hand! You would get up to bat and have the most serious look on your face as you prepared to hit the ball. You were always thrilled when you hit the ball…you'd just stand and watch the ball to see where it landed instead of running to first base! Everyone in the stands would be calling for you to RUN! I thoroughly enjoyed watching you play this year and look forward to watching you play again next year.
