Jusa simple layout using Technique Tuesdays Babies We Love.
I created a photo overlay using transparency that I stamped the words onto. The stripe pare is Wild Asparagus but the polka dot I made with TT's Swiss Dots. I inked the edges and then took TT's white ink and dragged it over the dots to create soft line and added dimension. I painted the TT's scallop borders with Twinkling H2O's (Can't live without these! :)
*Note, I added a teal ink to the cord brads to get a better color match. :)
