I used a light blue Bazzill cardstock for the face of the tag. The back of the tag is patterned paper that looks like water. I inked some cheesecloth and raveled the edges to look like fishnet. On top of that is a slide mount and inside the slide mount is a scallop shell and a starfish. The bottom of the tag is embossed with UTEE to look like beach sand. I added some matching fibers to the top of the tag.
