This layout is based on a sketch by Beggahuna called feb03.2009 as a way to mark my son's first trip to Venice. The large photo is slightly distressed. I made the poles by wrapping distressed diagonal pp around a glue stick with green and gold to top each off. The fuchsia mask is cut from a pattern I printed from on an arts and crafts website. I distressed it and added feathers from a feather duster and a little ribbon. The stick on the mask is fuchsia and green paper wrapped around a straw. The gondola is different shades of brown cut out from a clip art gondola. I glued each layer to a popsicle stick to give a 3-D effect.
