This is for the **October Polka Dot Challenge**.

The bib says "Hooters girls dig me". The smirk on my son's face cracks me up. He always seemed to wear this bib with pride! :)

I cut/inked/paper pieced the owl using a pattern from the Aug/Sep 2007 issue of Scrapbooks Etc. TFL!!!
