Create a rainbow background using Distress oxides. Splatter and blot some water off. Add some silver white splatters of paint. All these will create more interest to the background. For the front panel, diecut the A2 SBC Happy Birthday cover plate and adhere clear acetate behind. Add some foam tapes around and then toss in those cute polymer fruit slices with white beads. Attach the background and front panel onto a card front and we are done!
