This is a very well-done layout! I love the bulletin board! I went to UW, but had many friends who attended WAZZU! I grew up close by in Idaho--near Lewiston!

the ribbons are really neat, especially since you used the same color as the photo background. great photo!

WSU Bulletin Board

Gold Paper from Metallic Gold Papers - Paper Pizazz (Hot Off The Press)
Burgundy Mulberry Paper (Stampin' Up)
Burgundy ¼" Sheer Ribbon (Offray)
Gold Circle Brads - Details (Making Memories)
Fancy Heart Charms (Halcraft USA)
Metal Type Letters (ARTchix Studio)

I included memorabilia from my college days to complete the look of a bulletin board and I used the Grey Crinkle paper to match the burgundy ribbon so the board would be in the WSU school colors.
