Anniversary card for my Step-DS and his wife. Background is Cuttlebug embossing, colored with shimmery chalk. For the bling hearts I used a stamp I got at HL clearance bin for a quarter (I LOVE this clearance bins!), cut out, and ran through my Xyron X upside down. Covered that with glitter and then ran back through X the regular way, and TAH-DAH! Instant Bling Stickers! TFL!
