a card for a special friend. When opened, the sheer ribbon provides a bottom edge (so the fold ends before the sheer ribbon, in other words--a partial fold). I used a faux vintage cardstock pack (sorry, I don't remember the maker) for the cardstock and the mats for the letters. The flag bunting is cut out from one of the faux old-catalog prints from that same pack.
