This is for a challenge for The VCW groups 2nd anniversary. We were to make a cupcake card.
I sewed the seed beads onto the felt "icing" as sprinkles and then stitched and stuffed it. It's like a little pillow! For the base of the cupcake I recycled packing cardboard and peeled it, then inked it.
Used yellow and orange stickles for the candle flame. Had to have more bling! LOL
