This was out of a 1945 magazine, an ad for a roadmaster. THis was a black and white ad and i used my water pen with the alcohol inks to add color and the sepia accents for the skin tone...i used my vintage photo distress pad and a coffee cup to make the coffee cup stains, then put crackle accents over top.
