Journaling: Honesty - something I seek. It hurts but actually dishonesty hurts even more. When you hear critique behind your back or find out someone you call a friend is dishonest. Often times you are dishonest yourself - not telling you know the truth - it’s a facade - it hurts even more.
I try to be honest to my friends and they value it - most of the time- although it is hard to be honest. Sometimes I do what hurts me with others - just because I don’t know how to say it.
For me Honesty is the Art of Spoken Word. I try to get better at it.
