Absolutely lovely! I loved reading the story behind the photo and think you have scrapped your aunt's photo to perfection. A definite favorite for me. Love it all!
Oh my goodness this is so very lovely! The photo is just stunning, and your choice of colors perfection, but most of all I love how you used the die cut!

I can't stop looking at this and all the amazing details! It is perfect - so very lovely!!! LOVE how you used the die cut paper!! Onto my wishlist LOL! :)
This is my beautiful Aunt in 1941. The story behind the photo is in an envelope and attached to the back of the layout where I often put my journalling...she had this glamour shot taken during WW2 when her fiance was sent to war. She gave it to him to remind him of who was waiting for him at home and not to get himself killed. He was wounded severely and lost an arm but he did return and they lived a long and happy life together. She assured me that she did have clothes on...lol. Layout didn't photograph very well as it is very gloomy and overcast here today. The chandelier doesn't show the lovely irridescent colour which changes in the light, I used Luminarte Twinkling H2o's to paint it. TFL :)
