Very heartfelt journaling... thank you for sharing. I know it can be hard but I have found that scrapping the most difficult moments can be the most helpful. Nifty style of journaling and love that bird :o)
great journaling and I like how you did the lines down the side for the journaling. so sorry for your loss and that you have no closure without an arrest. I hope with this first layout that you are able to start healing
This gave the chills. I am so sorry for your loss and that the case remains unsolved! I am a Victim Advocate and I hear stories like this to often! Thanks for sharing. What a great tribute!
so sorry for your loss, and i hope they find who ever did this. It is so wonderful of you to scrap this for his sister. I'm sure this will be as theraputic for her to have as it was for you to create!
So moving and touching. I reallly believe that scrapping can be wonderful therapy. This is an awesome layout - full of so many emotions. Thank you fso much for sharing your grief - I will keep all of you in my prayers.
I hope scrapping will help you through your grief(it has ME).I think he would very much appreciate you keeping his memory alive and that you are sharing his goodness.Good luck in the challenges!
Great memorial page. So sorry for your loss, but also happy that a positive came out of it. I will pray for a resolution for her and her family that his killer will be found and brought to justice. :-(
I did this lay out for many challenges and for a reason. This a friend that was murdered last Oct, just 3 days after I lost my grandma. I have been wanting to do a layout of him but never really knew what. Well his sister posted something on her face book and I ran with it (the journaling). It has been a long a hard battle (still no arrest). But in the mist of his passing, friendships have grown (his sisters and I). So this will be for her. Journaling reads "Rain drops fall up on my hair, cold and wet, they seem so real. The sky above is dark and night, which should seem to me my delight, thunder cracks above as lightening strikes the path I'm on. Flames and smoke consume the air, my breathing hard to bare. "Get up, there's still much you have to do" calls a boice from up above. In the chaos a face shines through, an angel fair and true. The path is dark and full of gloom, though, .....I will go on because of you.
