I take offense to someone calling a women's band a "girl band". These talented muscians are friend's of mine and play in a group called G-Play. I embrace feminism but I wanted a gritty, sexy, edgy feel(like Miriam's voice, far right). I wanted to go for a look that says "we'll kick your butt on the stage, or we can take it outside"!! HA!! This pic was taken by me at a gig in the industrial side of Gainesville called "The Kickin' Devil", July 03, 2010.
