This is for Page Maps Etc. - sketch 5.

I made my first turkey this Thanksgiving -- it turned out perfect! I used Alton Brown's recipe, which I highly recommend. :) (For those who don't know, Alton Brown hosts "Good Eats" on Food Network, hence my page title.) DH actually said, "You better scrap this turkey - it's that good!" :)

I was originally going to use the turkey bag as a mask but that didn't work out so well. So I turned it into a mock hay broom embellie, anchored with a Studio Calico chippie and some kitchen twine from the roll I used to tie the turkey. The twine is also around the first pic and the chippie tag at the bottom right. The colored strip behind the photos is a scrap from another LO - it's cut from the cover sheet in the Bella Blvd "Thankful" pack. Then I took my Signo and went over the raised dots to make a border.

Sorry for the bad crop job. No matter what I did, I couldn't crop this straight without cutting off the border, so I had to leave in a little of the floor tile in the background.
