I used some stickers from my sticker stash, Jolies I think. I cute a couple of scraps and rounded the edges to make the cat tails. Then I used blue from DCWV cardstock for the main mat color. I double matted to coordinate with the paper for bottom border. I thought it went cute with the frogs stickers.
