I was inspired to create this layout from a recent challenge I recenty saw where the Designer used Tim Holtz glossy accents as baubles on her layout. I started to create flat circles, then switched to dots then realized I could make actual rain drop shapes. It was a really fun technique to try out.

I took the photos of the sky a couple of months ago on my way to work.

The layout was created using last year's November 2012 Little Red Scrapbook kit and other products from my stash.
