This was a layout I did for a fellow scrapper in the Philippines.

I used MS Picture It. Adding a watercolor filter to the photo and background paper. The girls were in two different photos so I merged them for a more intimate portrait. The ribbon and buckle were downloaded from scrapbook-bytes.com.
