This is a page I made for my dear friend Kay, who lost her battle with cancer. I miss her everyday but have so many great memories of the good times we shared.

Dear Kay,
You were taken from us way too soon.
So often I find myself reaching for the phone,
to call you and fill you in on all the latest news.
Even though so much time has passed,
I can still see your smile and still hear your voice,
and for that I am grateful.
I hope that those memories never fade.
I always hoped that you truly knew how much
you were loved,
how much your friendship meant,
and how there will never be anyone to take your place.
You were a one of a kind.
