This is an older lo that I'm late to upload to my gallery. I made hibiscus and leaf shapes from looking off of the pattern in dh's shirt, using MME Kaleidoscope and BG Urban Couture pps and bazzill. Journaling reads: “When we went to Chris and Bruce's for a cook-out, nobody knew that Mugi's birthday would be the following day. Chris didn't have any cake or candles, so she scrambled for an alternative…one all to fitting for this fruit lover! How 'bout a slice of watermelon lit with a toothpick? Works for Mugi!” TFL!
