I used to work with these drawers and they were pretty good but I found that what I put in them stayed in them and over the years I only used a piece or two a couple of times. They had turned in to “black holes”. So . . . I found these Extra Wide (12 5/8“) expanding folders at my local office supplier (not regular store) and cut them down to 6” high. Then I cut some old file folders to fit inside. Now I have the colors separated and in each stand alone packet I have divided it in to plain and patterened scraps. They all fit great in one drawer of my new scrap area. The drawers are the Store In Style from CIS. I sure hope this helps me us some up. If not, then it is on to where I only keep scraps 3x3 and up and cut everything to fit standard sizes. I do make cards thought so like having the small scraps available.
