<p>I used a lot of layering on this non photo, 8x8 layout. The very bottom of this cluster of details is a 4x6 piece of cardstock with colorblocked pieces of coordinating patterned papers. I added a chipboard circle to the largest square. I sewed a transparency frame over the entire thing, leaving an opening at the top to slide in my thick journaling strip. Small number/letter stickers were added over the top of the transparency. Finally a dicut flower is attached with a decorative brad. This little layout will hang close to my computer reminding me of the things that I have chosen to focus on for this brand New Year.</p><p>NOTE: The brown background paper is by My Minds Eye. It is the backside of the  Abbey Road Round and Round "Road Trip" Two Wheeler paper. I love it, because it reminds me of grass weave wall paper.
