I made this card using a flip-strip technique and a rainbow pad. First, I used a brayer to create a rainbow background on white cardstock. Next, I stamped randomly with gold and black (Stamps = Stampin Up Botanicals). Then, I cut the background into strips and reglued them to a larger background, rotating every other strip 180 degrees. Quote stamp is by Penny Black:-)
