Perhaps you will recall that I made a few resist tags early on in the challenges. Jennifer presented another one with white ink (left tag) this week so I wanted another comparison with the water stamping (right). The imagines are very soft but got somewhat bolder as I added intense layers of barn door distress ink. After heat embossing the flower I added Rock Candy distress stickles in a thin layer across the tags. Interesting in time the stickles migrated away from the the background stamping and I attempted to even it out again several times. The stickles glue also became red from the ink good thing the flower was embossing and I could wipe it off. It did leave some background splotches that worked out in this case. I love the look but of the stickles but it is a messier process than working with other stickles…I'll have some wipes close by next time.
