Adding this to my gallery..I was asked to share the journaling…the little photo of the remote and tv guide flips up to tell my sad..sad story…lol..I really should get a life..lol :)thanks for looking :)Mileyjournaling reads:It started a decade ago. I never thought it would still be a part of my life all these years later. MTV’s The Real World started me down the crazy, sometimes embarrassing path of my reality show obsession. When The Real World started I was younger than all the roommates. Sadly, now I feel like an old fart compared to some of today’s cast members. But does my age stop me from getting sucked into every season?..not a chance. As long as they keep making them, I will continue to be tuned in every week. For me the reality of my obsession came when I found myself completely twisted up in season one of The Bachelor. I could have whole (what I considered intelligent) conversations about the show, with anyone who wanted to dish. (Don’t even get me started on how many Kleenex I have used during this shows run) From there, the need for reality in my life grew into what it is today. The true reality show junkie that I am, I have no limits to what I will or won’t tune in to watch although even I find myself shaking my head when I find myself glued to the tube watching a show about a big fat obnoxious fiancé, or a little person finding love in the arms of a supermodel. Sigh. So admit it I will, I am hopelessly hooked on reality TV. I would love to be a part of a show, I have tossed around auditioning several times, and I know one day I will do it, just to say I tried. Who knows maybe some producer will cast me in my own show..it could happen right? But until I see my name in bright lights I will just continue to play out my own little reality show in my own domesticated suburban SUV driving life …so far it’s looking like a great season.
