A-Z Challenge: E For Thomas

This is a card for Gram-pea's little friend Thomas. I wanted it to be very bright and cheery. :) I made this card last night, and when I woke up it had un-made itself while I was sleeping. The “E”merald shimmer paper wants to curl up- and despite my running it through the Xyron it came un-stuck. I stuck it down again with the super-sticky red tape and I hope it will hold- sadly, it got a little beaten up in the process :( I hope the fibers will cover that. The tags were cut out with my Sizzix- the colorful tag is a Kleenex “E”xpressions box with a glossy black tag behind it. I added fuzzy fibers and real postage stamps of bugs. They are “E”bony jewelwing- and the bottom but is an “E”lderberry longhorn. I just happened to have these leftover from buggy cards I used to make for my nephews- I was happy to see there were two “E” bugs left!! I had to stick the tags down with the red-liner tape too- they had popped off in the night. I hope this card makes it to the “E”merald Isle and into Thomas' hands in one piece!!! No stamping on the outside, but the inside has a buggy poem I wrote, and some bug stamps to match. Sending these bugs to be friends with the fuzzy caterpillar I sent a few weeks ago. TFL :) tina
