I know this turned out to be mostly paper, but I hope it has enough other “stuff” to qualify as multi-media. The tag base has 1 layer of handmade paper. There is a doily that I hit with Glimmer Mist. The poison rosette and the skull are from a cupcake liner. I put the skull on cardstock and covered with distress stickles to give it a little shine. There are velvet leaves, metal sprigs and feathers. Topped with ribbons and a button.
