There isn't a tutorial for how to do this but I'll quickly explain what I did. I purchased a heavy-duty mechanism for a drawer and installed one side onto the back of the cassette tape organizer and the other to the filing cabinet. It moves in and out with ease. There are issues with ink boxes that are thicker than the spaces. The pads shown in the photo are the old Stampin' Up! version which fit perfectly. I suggest you carry some ink pads around with you as you hunt for a cassette holder and try them in the spaces. If you have someone handy (or you are) there might be a way to remove some of the slats to make more room for thicker cases
. The problem with more room is the cases might fall out. Good luck.
This is brilliant and I am sure I am asking a really rookie question here, but do you have a tutorial for this anywhere? I would love to create one of my own. I love your whole space but this solves a problem most of us have and there are very few ready made storage options that just barely do what this does. I am certain 98% of us reading this have our inks in a drawer or tub and not even a fraction as organized by our best attempts as this.
