Another use for alcohol inks! I used the mokume gane technique for these. Basically you paint very very thin layers of translucent polymer clay with the alcohol ink, stack them up, then poke holes, dent or make a pattern any way you want. Then it's sliced up and you get something like this. I layered and pressed the clay into the bezels, baked, and finally filled them up with resin. The depth of the layers and colors shows much better in real life.
