My favorite technique is to use paper towels and Mod Podge to make like this fo leather type of bg. It's actually on the back of these... : Anyway... The image is from Google, I love Google, they are a fabulous source of bg content. The border is some sea glass and some broken jewelry. They're simple and pretty and make me wanna be by the water.
