Journaling reads: "While browsing in the used book store one day, I spotted this Tumbleweeds book and fell in love with the beautiful cover. Then I found the Roses book and got it too. I later went online to see if I could find any other books by this author and came across the Somerset book and added it to my collection. These are some of the prettiest book covers I've ever come across. I'd never read any book by Leila Meacham before. I started with Roses and it was a wonderful read. I'm now partway into Somerset. Sarah read Tumbleweeds and said it was also a great book. I'm looking forward to finishing them all."

The heart was hand drawn and hand cut, then inked in brown. The red strip was made by Webster's Pages and the circle was made by Graphic 45. Both are cut by hand and inked with brown. The leaves are punched, detailed with a brown pen and inked. I distressed the edges of the photo with sandpaper. The title cb letters are some old K & Co. The stamp in the corner and the stamping behind the flowers/leaves are by Close To My Heart. The flowers are from my stash. I just layered up several sizes and colors and the small buds in the middle are on a stem and hold them together. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
