Followed Laura Dovalo's Tilt and Pivot mechanism video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBGQBeBk5Qs&t=1s&ab_channel=MyFavoriteThings. Used Hero Arts Lounging pups stamp set for the main character and infinity dies for the card shape. Puppy and the floatie is painted with Gouache and watercolour. Floatie is coated with Glossy Accents to give that extra shine. The sentiment is stamped with Hero Arts Unicorn pigment ink and heat embossed with super-fine white embossing powder on Lawn Fawn vellum
