I saw this technique on YouTube with Frenchie Stamps, so this is my first try. The front is stamped on velum and embossed with powder. The back was marked up with alcohol markers, then I dribbled 91% alcohol (first aid rubbing alcohol) and blew it around with Tim Holtz Air Blower. I mounted that on cardstock that was a cream color like a manilla folder using spray on adhesive. The mounted that on an old piece of brown paper I had, then mounted it all on a cream colored blank card base.
