Give a Cheer
This is Jerry and me at one of our favorite little restaurants in Concord, Georgia, about 40 minutes from our house. On this particular day, our whole family had gone to church with Joshua and Nichole for their children's dedication service. Then we all drove down to Concord for lunch. The four big blocks of pp are Basic Grey's Mint Julep collection. the pink stripe across the top is from American Crafts. The scallops on the pink stripe were cut by hand. The wording on the pink stripe is stamped and the edges inked in brown. Next, I added the little wooden knife and fork embellies. The clock is by The Girls Paperie. The buffet sign was made by stamping the words and bits of color with brown and pink inks and adding a wooden rolling pin at the bottom. I braided the blue and pink rick rack and stapled it down with Tim Holtz's Tiny Attacher. Then, I raised the sign over the braiding with pop dots. Other embellies are stickers and die cuts. Lastly, I added some of 49 & Markets Taffy Wishing Bubbles and stamped around the bottom right corner in brown. Thanks so much for stopping by :)
